Quit Smoking Tips

Smoke is an activity that harm themselves and others, why?
because it will impact on the health and fitness and if inhaled by others so indirectly people around you also become a passive smoker.
smoking, there are two categories:
1. Active smokers
Active smokers are those who directly inhale cigarettes.
2. prokok passive
Passive smokers are those who are victims of active smokers or those who are not directly inhale cigarette smoke released by active smokers.
Dangers of passive smoking was 75% whereas only 25% of passive smokers, just imagine how much harm a passive smoker.
therefore an active smoker should be aware of in conscience to be able to stop being a smoker because of the danger posed not only to yourself but more danger to others.
I have a few tips to quit smoking:
1. Sincere intention to quit
This is important because an activity that is not driven by a very strong determination, the activity will fail, because if we Naturalife Greenworld determination in doing so we will be working very hard in carrying out its activities and the activities usually driven by a strong determination will be successful.

2. gradually
reduce your cigarette ration, if every day you smoke one pack then reduce to half a pack and do for 1 month. next month half ration packs which again reduce to 3 cigarettes a day after one month of change to 1 cigarette per day.
3. substitution
replace your cigarettes with candy mint. why candy mint?
because the mint flavor in the candy can stop the sense of opium to smoking. (based on personal experience)

it is a little tips from me, because it is also what I do when I quit smoking.
immediately stop smoking!
